plus gets posted to multiple lists which is considered in mailing list 
protocol totally bad manners...

leader is present day.  Why not post your remembrances to 
soc.history.war.world-war-ii, alt.history, or if you want to blame this 
on Clinton like most do, try alt.current-events.clinton.whitewater
