Just the opposite here. I have used International
Crystal for over 40 years and have found them to be
very easy to deal with. Also, they definitely will
warranty any crystal that they have ever made.
I had the crystal go bad in a 432 MHz receiving
converter that was made at the ARRL lab back in the
late 1960s. When I noticed that it was made by
International I contacted them. They said to send it
in and they would replace it. All that it cost me was
a single 1st class stamp to send the crystal to
Oklahoma City.
My experience with JAN, Sentry, and a couple of other
crystal manufacturers have been that the quality of
the crystals varied all over the place. Sometimes
great, sometimes, well . . . Those from International
have always met specifications.
Now International is usually higher in price than the
others, but you pay for quality.
