Yes, I reported it first thing after I saw the e-mails and looked at the 
item.
It is no longer in my eBay "watched" items so I can only assume it has been
pulled.  I keep an eBay pointer in my favorites list so I can report the 
more
egregious violations and I turned it in as a fraudulent auction.
