They are not available any more.  Also, the originals
were actually two 16 mfd @350 volts in series then put
inside the cardboard tube.  You can replace these with
two 18 mfd @350 volts or 18 mfd @450 volts
electrolytic capacitors in series.  If it were me, I
would go with the 450 volt capacitors which will give
you a total voltage of 900 volts for the pair (and a
capacitance of 9 mfd which is well within the
tolerance of the original capacitors).

I would put equalization resistors across each series
capacitor around 47K and 2 watts.
