modulation transformer.
"Primary will match following tubes: Class B 203A, 838, ZB120, 805, +46DB "
Primary impedance 9000 ohms plate-to-plate
Secondary impedance 5000, 3500, 2500, 2100, 1250, 600 ohms
Price was $70 in 1945 !!!
Data from 1945 Radio's master.

No mention of secondary DC current rating...so it may have been intended 
for Heising modulation....
