[Boatanchors] Help with relay ID

[Glenn Little WB4UIV]

Google returns little. However the first hit while searching for "CP Clare 
# HG 3056"
indicates that this is a 28VDC relay. The HG in the part number implies 
that it is mercury wetted.

This may be a start.
