Gene,

I don't have any information on Consolidated other than that they made 
headsets before and during WW-II..  But R-2-A is the Signal Corps nomenclature for 
the receivers.  Those are 12,000 ohm units, and depending upon headband and 
cord, were used in at least five late Pre-war/early WW-II headsets.  Usually 
there is a metal band with the nomenclature stamped into it around the cord below 
the wye.  Should say "P-??".
