Unfortunately changes of heart and of intent do happen from time to time.
I've long ago learned
to stand clear of people in distress offering apparent bargains. Regardless
of whether they are
hams or not, I've adapted an old adage that people are no better than their
word and this has
turned out to be a good yard stick, for me.
