If anyone here knows Arnie or where he's moved or what happened to him, 
please pass on the info.  He collected Eico test equipment and over two or three 
years bought or swapped for several items from me.  One, an Eico 950B, was to be 
with original manual but the manual got misfiled and I just stumbled across 
it.  I mailed it to the address I have, which matches what QRZ.com still has, 
and USPS just returned it.  As a refresher for anyone's memory, he lived in 
Sunnyville, OK.
