[Boatanchors] USPS fraud

I "won" an ebay action along with 5-6 other buyers of different lots 
from the same guy in El Paso,TX. I sent a $132.64 USPMO made out to 
Sector Logic Company at an address in El Paso.
I got nothing ,nor did anyone else. This guys user name was "hooptie"
he was Col David Andrus's son and in the US Army in ElPaso at Ft. Bliss.
When I filed my fraud complaint with the USPS I found out that somehow 
this guy CASHED the MO at the El Paso PO, even though it was made out to 
SECTOR LOGIC COMPANY. I have never seen a company with a personal id, 
just a human. I took this complaint to the US POstal Inspector unit at 
the main PO ion San Antonio. It did not seem to bother those idiots that 
they had cashed  the MO against their own rules requiring id. My own 
postmaster told me that if another postmaster did something it was up to 
him to justify it, that is he was pretty much on his own when he did 
"do" something. So, if you send a USPMO and don't get something you know 
what to do.
No comments are necessary, ebay kicked him off the site, at least under 
that username anyway.
