[Boatanchors] R-20 coil burned out?

I am just starting a restoration on an old R-20. I opened up the
bottom and immediately found a couple of problems. Wonder if anyone
can give me some advice.

First, it looks like a paper / wax tube capacitor that runs off the
main power transformer blew. There is some scorching around it and the
little transformer next to it looks like it either got singed or
burned itself.

Second, one of the coils looks burned out. Since I don't have
experience with that kind of damaged component, I thought I would ask
for some advice. Below is a link to my web page with close-up photos
of each. I know the cap is shot, but I'm curious as to how much damage
it did when it went over the rainbow. Second, is the coils I am
referring to burned out? If so, what's the "easability" of finding a
replacement?
