[Boatanchors] Viking 1 oil filled capacitor help

A puddle of oil is a very good sign that it's gone bad.  HI HI.    Had 
the same thing happen in a filter capacitor in an
HQ 170 I had years ago.    Set the clock timer to turn the radio on at 4 
in the morning so that it would have plenty of time
to warm up and get rid of drift.     I came down to the shack at 9 in 
the morning.....    PUDDLE.      Filter cap had
gone boom and oil all over the desk and under the chassis of the 
radio.....    Gooey, sticky mess it was.....
