[Boatanchors] Sprague TO-6A

It's ironic but I guess not surprising that the Sprague TO-6A that I just acquired 
contains 9 of those Sprague black tubular caps. Not the so called Black Beauties 
with the color stripes. I guess these are slightly newer models with printed values on 
them. The 3 electrolytics are Sprague Atoms. Are they notorious too? Looks like I'll 
have to shotgun as it's a bit difficult to test the tester with the tester <g>. Hope the 
orange drops get along with the Sprague vibes.
