BOB,
I apologise to you and Gene. I was so distressed at anybody dumping radio parts into a landfill, that I made a mistake on who it was. I just think of the little parts that we search for years, and never find, disappearing into the ground, never to see the light of day or the glow of a tube filament. As I have lost Gene's email address, please pass my apology along to him, too. Two years ago, we lost Don W3MK SK, who had 6000 square feet of radio parts and radios, too. I never found out what happened to all his stuff, and never saw any of it at the local hamfest. I fervently hope that the stuff Don had didn't end up in a dumpster, because it was mostly Military and Collins gear. What treasure!
