[Boatanchors] sx 28

Seeing the traffic here reminded me.  Looking for one final part to complete
an SX-28 and an SX-28A.

Need one antenna trimmer knob, although I can get by with only a 0 to 9
skirt with numbers spread over 1/2 the circumference with no dividers
between the digits.
