[Boatanchors] Help PhaOstron VTVM Model 777

I finally had a chance to test out and work on the VTVM in the subject line. 
I changed the selenium rectifier to a silicon, replaced a 10MF @150V 
electrolytic and replaced a 0.01 @1600V paper tubular cap.

It now works on DC + & - and Ohms.  It has a uniprobe for all DC, AC, & 
Ohms.  So far no movement on any AC scale.  The 12AL5 tests good and lights 
up OK.  Tomorrow I'm going to use a 7 pin mini adapter socket and scope the 
tube pins to see if the input AC is reaching the diode.

It sure would be a big help if I had a scan of or a copy of the manual. 
This is a fairly compact unit and has two small dial lamps that are both 
burned out.  Can't find any markings on them.  If anyone knows of a soure 
for the manual information, or even just a copy of the schematic it would 
very much appreciated.

I've seen hundreds of PhaOstron meters, but never an entire piece of 
equipment with their name on it.
