Thanks Mac,

That's what I suspected.  I couldn't resist any longer and went out at 
lunch to look a bit closer.  On the back there is a Collins 51J-4 tag and 
next to it a Beckman tag 

Todd the panel is flat gray.

Another project I have no time for or perhaps a good hosstrading item!
