[Boatanchors] power supply

Greetings
Last saturday at the Wichita, KS hamfest, I picked up an intresting HV power supply.
Brand is PHILCO/FORD. Have never seen the ford emblem on this type of equipment
before.
Here's the specs. on it
Bias 0-100v adjustable
Fil 6.3 volts
0-120v ac 1 amp adjustable
0-300v DC 100 ma adjustable
0-15V dc 2 amp adjustable
all have seperate ckt breakers.
Can anyone tell me roughly when it was made?
