[Boatanchors] Wanted, Manual for Simpson Model 658 Communications Adaptor

Have the adaptor (and most of the rest of the line) and it's almost the only 
one of the bunch that I need to read the manual on.  And naturally the only 
one of the bunch that I don't have the original manual on.  Original is probably 
around 3"x6" and with orange covers (if that maybe jogs any memories).
