An excellent bet would be Buford Chidester, who wrote the book on "Classic 
Cones - 1920's Radio Cone Speakers".

He's a great guy, on top of knowing all there is to know about these 
speakers.

I know that we have a lot of different types of collectors on this list.
I have an old WE 540 A Speaker, made in the 20's.

I wonder if anyone has a manual for one that would scan me a copy of it.
