[Boatanchors] Anyone Seen one of These Before?

This is a "secondard frequency standard" or as the panel says: crystal calibrator.
I have one of these and use it to check receiver calibration.  It is quite stable
if left on all the time and will stay within around 5 parts per million very easily
or better.

| the markings and it looks like it was made that way.
