The dc max current will always be greater than the RF current because of the
'skin
effect'.

Here is what you need to do:
1. specify your frequency of interest;
2. measure the diameter of the conductors in the cable;
3. have a look in Terman's Electronic and Radio Engineering for skin depth
vs frequency;
4. calculate the effective current carrying area;
5. apply your favorite Amp/sq in figure.
