Then you're in for a very rude awakening.  I happen to agree with you,
but this just goes on the list of what my wife calls my `unreasonable
expectations.'  I used to think it was my proximity that turned people
behind counters into drooling incompetents, then I finally figured out
that they were HIRED that way.

Since I can't make Fast Food Inc hire people who can get an order right,
I vote with my feet.  The positive side effect is that I eat real food
instead :)
