[Boatanchors] RATSHACK?

Well  Radio Shack has quite a history. 
As my references say that it was started in Boston in the 20s by a couple
of guys- Bill Halligan and Tobe Duetschmann(sp).
Tobe was an importer of German capacitors or condensers and Halligan a
salesman of radio parts. Please correct me if I have misstated.
