I have no idea if somebody has spoofed Phil Atchley or not, but i did not remove
him from this or any other list nor did I tell him to remove himself. If I
remove anyone, it is with the consent of Al Waller, K3TKJ and there 'is' a valid
reason. I have never asked somebody to remove himself/herself from any list. If
they need to be removed, it never has been done as "would you please remove
yourself from the X list", they are simply removed.	
	
Whatever has gone on here, Phil Atchley, if he has unsubscribed, will be put
back on all the lists he was on. Actually he can do it himself, as he is in no
way blocked from subscribing nor has he ever been.			
	
While Phil and I do not always agree on things, I have known him for seven years
and he is one of the finest people I have had the pleasure of knowing in the Ham
fraternity and without question one of the finest tech's out there. There has
never been an incident with Phil at any time, in fact, not even remotely close,
to even consider him for being removed! Far from it!			
	
I have already contacted Phil and told him so, after i came in here and saw all
of this trash on this list from the usual hate mongers.	
	
So go find something else to do, as this one is a non-issue.
