[Boatanchors] Goodbye all

Seems like a good time to get off of this list and the Drake list.  No more
bizarre administrator messages, bizarre resignations, and bizarre
invitations to the weekly Hallicrafters net.

If anybody is interested in a new albeit moderated Boatanchors list minus
complex rules and solicitations for donations, I would consider mounting it
on my server.
