[Boatanchors] Which Super Pro supply is this?

Hello:
I need some help identifying this Hammarlund power supply.  The cover is 
marked:  Super-Pro  Power Supply, Order No. 16208 Ser. No.  21.  It uses 
5Z3 and 80 rectifier tubes.  The transformers are not potted, and there 
are 6 metal can capacitors.  There are taps for 105, 115, and 125 
Volts.  Can anyone tell me which model this is and what receiver it was 
for?  Thanks.
