Join us on Sunday May 22nd for the HCI: Hallicrafters Collectors International
20 meter Net. If the propagation allows it, you may get the chance to talk with
Mr. Parts, Gary Brown WZ1M in Maine and ask him on air if he has ... You just
never know who may show up out of the ethers, so be there and be counted.	
	
The pre-Net portion will commence at 12:45 PM EDT, (1645 UTC). Perhaps some who
make the annual trek to Dayton, Ohio will be mobile and give us an overview of
this years Hamvention. At last report it had not rained!	
	
The Net proper will start at 1:15 PM EDT, (1715 UTC). Hopefully the Colorado
relay of K0EJF, Jerry will be heard from the mile high city of Denver and
KG4KZG, Dale from near Fort Lauderdale, Florida will be awake and hearing the
east coast stations the rest of us can not hear as of late.	
	
If you simply can not wait until things begin officially, not a problem. You can
always join me as I put the electrons through their training paces for short
skip starting about 12:20 PM EDT, (1620 UTC). If I can get them to hop, skip and
jump just right I might even hear you before your voice becomes so hoarse and
raspy that you start getting RF in the audio complaints! I currently have all
three antenna arrays operational, hopefully nothing from a neighbor's yard will
fall into mine overnight and change that!
