I came across a "review" of the Knight T-60 on page 58
in the December 1962 issue of Popular Electronics. 
The last 2 sentences in the first paragraph pretty
much "sums up" the bands and power:

"Reasonably priced at $49.95, the Knight-Kit T-60
transmitter is designed for 80- through 6-meter
operation.  Its 60 watts input power and frequency
coverage make it suitable for the Technician and
General Class ham as well.
