My old standby for 20 years has been Joel W3RFC at the RF Connection here 
in Maryland. www.therfc.com.

I've needed weirdo military connectors, old WW2 stuff, many oddball 
items.

Joel always seems to have exactly what I need in his back pocket. 
Sometimes I've had to fax him a drawing or send a photo, but he's always 
come through. He's fair, friendly especially to hams, and will take small 
orders. I get basically 100% of my cable and connector needs from him for 
both my personal use and the company manufacturing.

Give him a try. Tell him I said hello.
