Thanks for the memories Bill,

I was a high school student back then (mid-60's) and lived about an hour 
away. Until I could drive, I usually went in there with my Dad who was a worldly, 
military type, so Trigger didn't give me much of a hard time. I will say that 
I bought one of my all time favorite receivers from him, a slightly used Drake 
2B, one of the last made.

Its serial number is etched in my mind and I still look at the back of every 
2B I see at hamfests.
