EST, (1815 UTC).	
	
The frequency is 14.293 MHZ usb +/- for key clicks, mike splatter and various
and sundry assorted dribble from deafened drifters dropping anchor and fishing
for a QSO party contact or Whale DX. Is Charlie Tuna working skip?
