Form an Internet search, it comes up as a vintage quality brand dedicated to 
audio. It's a pity it has no other markings.

You can try; a way to determine transformer's ratio is by feeding it with a 
low voltage (with the aid of a variac) and measuring other's windings voltage. 
Remember then that impedance transformation ratio is the square of turns 
(voltage) ratio.
