Unfortunately, aside from MWO's and parts lists, there are no manuals on the 
BC-939-A or BC-939-B by themselves.  They are covered in various editions of 
the manuals covering Radios Sets SCR-399-(*) and SCR-499-(*), AN/GRC-38, and 
AN/GRC-26(*).

In order, they are TM 11-281 and TM 11-281A, TM 11-281B, TM 11-264 and TM 
11-5820-202-nn.  Plus TM 11-809 and TM 11-809-nn on T-368(*)/GRC-26 covers 
BC-939-B.

If you can figure out what TM 11-? you have a partial of, I may be able to 
supply just the missing pages.
