[Boatanchors] AC Voltage Regulator

A piece of heavy iron, definitely a boatanchor, followed me home today,
wondering if anyone knows anything about it before I start playing with it.
Found a place that may have a manual (Ottawa Valley Mobile Radio Club) and
am checking into the cost of purchasing, but I'm hungry for info and
possibly schematic if anyone has one. Anyway, here's a description of the
piece.

AC Voltage Regulator
Model 2000S
Manufactured by Sorensen Co., Inc.
Input: 95-130v, 27 Amps
Output: 115VAC, 50-60Hz, 2KVA

Output appears to be adjustable, would like to make it regulate at 110VAC
for the other Boatanchors.

Has like 5 big ole honkin transformers

Tube complement:

5Y3
2AS15 (Made by Amperite, might be a ballast of some type, haven't googled
any info on it yet)
115N060 (This appears to be a relay in a vacuum tube)

Any one know anything about this heavy iron beauty?
