The same way that the originals were. They actually
were two lower voltage capacitors in series but put in
a single cardboard tube. You can use either 350 or
450 volt capacitors at twice the value and put them in
series. Don't forget to put equalizaztion resistors
across them.
The original capacitors had tolerances usually in the
-50% / +80% range. The new ones from Mouser (the
inexpensive ones that work fine) are +/- 20% and the
value of the capacitor will generally be closer to the
design value than what the original capacitors were.
Use 22 mfd at 350 or 450 volts and your resulting
capacitor will be fine. Remember that the "new"
system doesn't always have the "exact" values of
former capacitors. The "steps" are now in the
"tolerance" values just like resistors.

There are two filter caps in there that are 10mF at
600 volts! I have checked Mouser and Digikey. Nothing
they have comes close to 600 volts. Where do I go to
get these huge caps?
