Are you sure that you mean 10 milliFarad, ie 10,000 uF? That's the sort of 
capacitor that would be used in a very large spectral or photographic flash 
array. So, try a photographic flash manufacturer.

To achieve a higher Voltage withstand than the devices you can get, put 
two in series with equalising resistors in parallel. It's very difficult to get 
two electrolytic capacitors with the same capacity - the one with the 
lesser capacity gets charged to a higher Voltage - hence the need for 
equalising resistors.
