[Boatanchors] BAMA registration

Just for the record, since that tarbrush made a very broad stroke, I have no 
idea about any other sellers but none of the few general radio reference 
manuals that I list from time to time on eBay came from BAMA.  They came from many 
hours of my own hard work.  If any of them are on BAMA, it is without my 
permission.
