[Boatanchors] Tube data needed fot Japanese UY11 A tube

Thanks to all who sent me various URLs for tube data. I have not yet
found any information on a Japanese UY 11 A tube. I am trying to find a
US substitute for this tube. I suspect a Type 39 tube may work but want
to find out for certain.
