[Boatanchors] Can someone use 0.56uF and 0.1uF at 630vdc caps?

I have these new capacitors:
0.56uF/630vdc/(2.5cm) X (1.5cm)/metallized polyester/qty:10/"Digikey" on plastic package/brownish-orange/net weight 1.8ounce.

0.1uF/630vdc/(2.5cm) X (1.2cm)/polyester/qty:21/blue/net weight 2.5ounce.
