[Boatanchors] Cabinet for BC-779-A or -B: (CH-104-A)

Does anyone know of a possible source for the subject Cabinet?
I've gone through several "Mil Equipment spares" sites, but have
not uncovered a source yet.   This cabinet serves to make the 
rack-mounted BC-779 into a desk top unit.   If these cabinets are
available and not too expensive, I might be interested in two of
them, since the power supply can also be housed in a CH-104-A.

Will appreciate any  information you can provide.
