Go to the mirror site which is listed at the beginning
of the BAMA home page.  You shouldn't have any
problems on the mirror site.

I use Netscape and don't have any problems with
downloading from the regular BAMA site IF I can get
one of the 10 download "slots".  I understand that
Microsoft Internet Explorer sometimes has problems
with the main BAMA site.  However, I haven't heard on
anyone having problems with the mirror site (which has
50 download slots).
