Looks the same to me except perhaps the knob. Used with the T-368, maybe others.

Yep, IIRC.

 Also, in OPERATE mode, does it read forward power while transmitting?
Lastly, what does ADJUST do?

If I remember right, it's for calibrating/adjusting the meter for
reading SWR. Small knob just beneath it.
