[Boatanchors] Japanese UY 11 tube substitute

The UY 11  tube is special, called Space-Charge-Grid  Tube, same as
UX111B but in different  shape.  It works  at very low voltage,
 usually plate voltage is around 22V. Is the a US equivalent for this
tube? Or does anyone have any UY 11 tubes for sale?
