Bill,

Of course the 410B is choice of industry, mainly because it was 
reliable and rugged.  Many still around.  Any of the older Heath,
Precision, Military & Eico are also good with RF probe.  Most generally
the "accuracy" is not a factor, you are usually comparing measurements.

I have used all the above and also a Motorola TEK-7A, which is a 
dedicated little RF alignment meter. Several laying around older 2-way
shops. Given into analyzers and very little to-component repair done
on the newer stuff.

Unless you are into really high tech stuff, 99% of the BA equipment
can easily be serviced with a good VOM, VTVM, simple scope, proper
signal and frequency measurement equipment and some good understanding  
of the circuit.
