[Boatanchors] guidance advice sought

Good evening Gentlemen,
 
I feel sure that those of you who are in a position to offer the requisite advice to me have seen the recent mailing with regards to the NCX5 and the attendant linear on this reflector.
 
You will doubtless appreciate that I am located in the United Kingdom (as evidenced by my call sign) and I would be most grateful for some advice direct to my mailing address not on this reflector as to what figure would be appropriate to offer for the two instruments so advertised.
Bearing in mind that both will be "mature" devices and certainly not less than forty years old, perhaps this might suggest a suitable figure.  I also have to get the instruments shipped from Florida to the UK.
