that is why everyone does not become a ham and in part why cb became the
wild land it is. anyone can be a cber. and i do have an EE also a ME and CE
but that was long after i became a HAM. I really did not care about cw at
age 15 but i wanted to be a ham so i worked for it. took me 3 months with
an elmer 4 hrs a day after school mon thru fri. thanks to K4REU sk. my
dream came true. it took me 30 yrs become i found out what cw really was
like. guess what i now love it and that is where i can be found. and yes we
are a very diverse group that is what makes ham radio what it is .
