[Boatanchors] Press-on letters and numbers

John,

Last time I needed dry transfers I purchased here:

Mark Electronics, Beltsville, MD,  301 595 5040
Ham radio titles: #PHK70W and #PHK70B  (W for white; B for black)
Amateur radio: #PHK59WHT (white)

After application use Datakoat matt spray #PH04178

I have found the best way to effect the transfer it to use a VERY soft lead 
pencil; then burnish.
