The UTC S-16 is a UTC "Special Series" universal output tranny for 
"amateur and popular-priced PA service"

S-16 is rated 30 watts:
Primary impedance: 

3000 ohms for 45, 2A3, 6A3, 6A5, 6B4, 25L6 class AB
6000 ohms for 2A5, 6F6 triodes, 6AS7, 46 class AB
              6A6, 6N7 class B
9000/10000 ohms for 45, 2A5, 6AC5, 6B5, 6F6, 6L6, 6V6, 807 triode class AB

Secondary impedances 500, 15, 8 and 2 ohms
