[Boatanchors] Email attachments

Hello Group, 
    I'm the one that is losing the attachments from Clive. We email off the list so as to not clutter the site with a bunch of off topic subjects. The platform I use is Windows 98 SE and I have Outlook Express disabled because the email service provided by my ISP is much more convenient to use. I get all attachments from other friends worldwide, except from Clive. The only thing my ISP does is scan the emails and attachments for viruses and worms, they do nothing else. So why do I not receive the attachments from only Clive? Your input will be appreciated!
